
Business Policies
-Any cancellation within 48 hours will be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of service price.
-There will be no refunds offered for services or for purchased retail products.
-If any client is more than 10-15 minutes late to an appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service and will have to reschedule.
Lash Policies
-Please come to appointments with clean lashes. I may not have time to clean them and this will affect retention. Lash baths will also be an extra charge.
-Two week fills are in a 14 day period. The 15th day will be charged as a three week fill. Three week fills in a 21 day period, with the 22nd day being a full set price.
-Lashes must have at least 20 lashes per eye to be considered a fill. Anything less will be charged as a full set and may result in needing to reschedule your appointment.
-Lashes are only guaranteed up to 48 hours after the last appointment. After that a touch up price will be charged.
Referrals
-Every referral you bring in gives both you and your referred client $5 off of your next service.
-After 10 referrals you get to choose a free skincare or lashcare product up to $40 in value.
